Minimum Safe Distance — Always maintain a shooter's Minimum Safe Distance of 30 feet for handguns, 50 yards for rimfire rifles, and 150 yards for centerfire rifles. Do not get closer than these distances to any Lewis Targets.
Never fire a gun under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
To reduce the likelihood of (a) bullet ricochet, DO NOT USE Jacketed ammo.
All shooters must be trained & qualified in the proper and safe use of firearms.
Minors shooting at targets must do so under proper and qualified adult supervision.
Always inspect the targets before and after use for proper and safe operation. Do not use any targets if any damage or improper operation is found.

The Gong target itself is made with 3/8" thick AR-500 steel and is 20" in diameter.
The target stand employes heavy-duty construction for long life and excellent performance. The Gong target comes standard with removable square tubing stand featuring bullet splitter on side risers.
The target can be easily re-painted for easy shot pattern identification.
