Minimum Safe Distance — Always maintain a shooter's Minimum Safe Distance of 30 feet for handguns, 50 yards for rimfire rifles, and 150 yards for centerfire rifles. Do not get closer than these distances to any Lewis Targets.

Never fire a gun under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

To reduce the likelihood of (a) bullet ricochet, DO NOT USE Jacketed ammo.

All shooters must be trained & qualified in the proper and safe use of firearms.

Minors shooting at targets must do so under proper and qualified adult supervision.

Always inspect the targets before and after use for proper and safe operation. Do not use any targets if any damage or improper operation is found.

Another full-size target from RangeMaster Rowdy — the standard full-size buffalo comes in white body with a black round flapper that provides a visual and audible feedback when struck. As a "No Charge" option you can order the buffalo target with a black body and white flapper.

This target, including the flapper, is made of 3/8" AR-500 steel and stands 4' 4" tall and 4' 8" wide.

Hardened steel plates can not accept rounds faster than 3000 fps ammo. Please select your ammo carefully or you will damage the targets.

The buffalo can be easily re-painted for easy shot pattern identification.

Low Profile Stands

The two removable low profile stands are designed to tilt the target slightly forward to direct the bullet splatter toward ground.
Optionally the stands can be ordered to be permanently welded to the target.
